Riverton UT Real Estate numbers were similar to the numbers in the rest of the Salt Lake valley. Overall, there was an increase of houses in Riverton sold until 2006, when the large incline turned around to an equally large decline. Riverton houses sold for increasing amounts until numbers reversed in 2008 and 2009.
